We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews, coordinate production, maintain safety standards, and deliver high-quality work across commercial projects throughout Southcentral Alaska.

Responsibilities: 
  •  Lead daily field operations.
  •  Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials.
  •  Read and interpret plans.
  •  Maintain production schedules.
  •  Ensure quality control.
  •  Conduct safety meetings.
  •  Communicate with project managers and superintendents.
  •  Track manpower and productivity.

Qualifications: 
  •  5+ years commercial concrete experience.
  •  2+ years foreman or crew leadership experience.
  •  Experience with: 
    •  structural concrete.
    •  foundations.
    •  footings.
    •  walls.
    •  slabs. 
    •  paving. 
  •  Ability to read plans.
  •  Valid driver's license.
  •  Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Preferred: 
  •  Military base access eligibility.
  •  Federal project experience.
  •  Alaska experience.
  •  OSHA training.

Compensation:  $95,000-$125,000+ DOE.
